David provides our clients with capital markets and investment banking advisory services for projects including initial public offerings, follow-on equity and convertible debt offerings, block trades, call spreads, private placements, acquisition financing, capital structure analysis, and return of capital considerations.
David joined EY in April 2015 after nearly 20 years of investment banking experience and completing more than transactions across the capital markets product spectrum at Lehman Brothers, Barclays and Oppenheimer.
He graduated from Northwestern University with a bachelor’s degree and double major in Mathematical Methods in the Social Sciences and Economics.

Jackie Kelley has more than 25 years of experience providing financial and strategic advisory services to companies executing IPOs and strategic transactions.
She is a member of the EY Americas Growth Markets executive team, where she leads its IPO markets platform.
Jackie has advised companies ranging in size from early stage VC backed companies to private companies with revenues in excess of $50 billion on the IPO process. She has led teams providing IPO/transaction readiness assessments and roadmaps, program management support, financial reporting and operational process improvement solutions, financial audits, internal audits, governance advisory, SOX implementations, and compliance services.
